Welcome to Clearfield Emergency Medical Services. Clearfield EMS has proudly been serving the Clearfield Borough and surrounding areas since 1932. We are the premier advanced life support 9-1-1 provider in the area. Although, there are other services which provide advanced life support, we at Clearfield EMS believe we are the most technologicaly advanced life support provider.

Clearfield Emergency Medical Services is a non-profit, private advanced life support service. We operate based upon our revenue, membership, donations as well as federal grants for funding. We are proud to say that we are a debt free advanced llife support service.

We provide emergency services to residence of the Clearfield Borough as well as surrounding rural areas that totals over 90 square miles. In addition to providing a primary 9-1-1 response, we also provde advanced life support assistance wtih the areas basic life support services.

We maintain 5 medium to heavy duty ambulances. Each of these ambulances are checked daily and ready to go at a moments notice. All of our trucks are staffed with knowledgable emergency medical technicians as well as paramedics to provide you with the best prehospital medical care. Each of our 5 trucks are equipped with OnSpot chain systems which help provide additional traction in snow as well as on ice. Each of our ambulances are also equipped with backup cameras to provide the driver assistance in backing the ambulances. The DriveCams which are mounted to the windshield of each ambulance provide information about the driver, a view of road conditions and more, help assure the safety of everyone.
